This 1kg chocolate moist Snow White cake was prepared for Mye for her daughter's birthday.

We've got this request from Anis who wanted a barbie doll cake for her daughter's birthday. We baked for her a 1kg butter cake for the base before proceeding with the decoration. She did not request anything much for the design except that the barbie doll should 'wear' something colourful and not to miss-spell her daughter' name EYZEL EYZEREIS. So here goes princess Barbie with her latest rainbow inspired couture...hehe!

Barbie Doll

This 1kg chocolate moist barbie doll cake was requested by one of our customer as a present for their neighbour's daughter on her birthday. Just a simple pink and white gown inspired by Jackie Onassis fashion. We couriered the cake to Klang and what a pleasant surprise, we were invited to join the birthday party hehe!

Wild Night Party!!!

This 3kg chocolate moist cake was requested by Fila as a present for her cousin's wedding. It was supposed to be savoured for the 'after wedding ceremony' party ", The theme for the cake was flying high. Hence the aeroplane skyrocketing though the clouds. Fila purposely wished for Barbie to be a bit sexy and Ken (well, we can't find Ken so Ben seems ok to us hehe!) to have that airforce army appearance. The clouds was initially made of sugar candy but it kept melting that finally we resorted back to creamwell topping. Well, enjoy yourselves guys!

Barbie doll: Part 3

These Barbie dolls was decorated for Dalila's nieces; twins to be exact for their birthday. The pink one was for Aina while the lilac was for Alya. We attempted a different method and nozzle this time around and we were quite happy with the result. We managed to finished these two rather quick as compared to the 'stippling' method :)

This Barbie doll with 1kg chocolate moist base was decorated for pnut's niece; Jasmine. Rather simple as compared to the other Barbie doll we made but sometimes less is more. It's quite time consuming but since the gown was only partially covered, it was easier than the previous Barbie doll.

This is our first barbie doll cake specially baked for Dhayini. The base was a half kg chocolate cake and the 'evening gown' was made from butter cream. Since we're experimenting with the right technique to produce this one, it took almost an hour just to get the bottom part done. Got to think of other method...
